A.PENGERTIAN

Antihistamin adalah zat-zat yang dapat mengurangi atau menghalangi efek histamin terhadap tubuh dengan jalan memblok reseptor –histamin (penghambatan saingan). Pada awalnya hanya dikenal satu tipe antihistaminikum, tetapi setelah ditemukannya jenis reseptor khusus pada tahun 1972, yang disebut reseptor-H2,maka secara farmakologi reseptor histamin dapat dibagi dalam dua tipe , yaitu reseptor-H1 da reseptor-H2.
Berdasarkan penemuan ini, antihistamin juga dapat dibagi dalam dua kelompok, yakni antagonis reseptor-H1 (singkatnya disebut H1-blockers atau antihistaminika) dan antagonis reseptor H2 ( H2-blockers atau zat penghambat-asam
1.H1-blockers (antihistaminika klasik)
Mengantagonir histamin dengan jalan memblok reseptor-H1 di otot licin dari dinding pembuluh,bronchi dan saluran cerna,kandung kemih dan rahim. Begitu pula melawan efek histamine di kapiler dan ujung saraf (gatal, flare reaction). Efeknya adalah simtomatis, antihistmin tidak dapat menghindarkan timbulnya reaksi alergi
Dahulu antihistamin dibagi secara kimiawi dalam 7-8 kelompok, tetapi kini digunakan penggolongan dalam 2 kelompok atas dasar kerjanya terhadap SSP, yakni zat-zat generasi ke-1 dan ke-2.

I tried re-patching, reinstalling, but this annoying message was persistent. It was so annoying that it keeps popping up until you exit  IDM. 

Many of the users were experiencing the same problem and the most favorite solution was to edit the “c:\windows\system32\drivers\etc\hosts” file and setting the address of http://internetdownloadmanager.com and similar domains to local host 127.0.0.1 [click to see].

I didn’t like the above mentioned way and it felt like having a vasectomy instead of just putting on a condom. 

The other way is the easiest way. After cracking and patching IDM, just go to the installation folder of IDM “C:\Program Files (x86)\Internet Download Manager” and rename the “IDMGrHlp.exe” to anything you want or just delete it. Done!

But wait! Every time you run IDM, there would be a new popup box saying “IDM cannot find 1 files that are necessary for browser and system integration. Please reinstall IDM“.

To get rid of it, place anything in that folder “C:\Program Files (x86)\Internet Download Manager“ and rename it “IDMGrHlp.exe“. I made a copy of the “idmBroker.exe” and renamed it to “IDMGrHlp.exe“. 

 

Make a duplicate of idmBroker.exe and rename it to IDMGrHlp.exe.
